Bob attended the 2006 WorldCon, L.A.Con IV, August 23-27, in Los Angeles.
Bob was one of two author Guests of Honor at WillyCon VIII, in Wayne, Nebraska the weekend of March 31st through April 2nd, 2006.
Bob appeared as part of the Lincoln City Libraries' John H. Ames Reading Series on Thursday, February 16th, 2006 in downtown Lincoln, NE. His readings that night (which included "The New Deity" and a portion of "Good Mountain") were taped and appeared on Lincoln's cable public-access channel 5 in late March and early April of 2006.
