  • May 2013 — Bob's novella Eater-of-Bone is a finalist for the Sturgeon Award! Also, Bob's novella "Murder Born" won the Asimov's Readers Choice Award for works published in 2012!
  • April 2013 — Bob started a new blog on Blogspot  — The Difficult Art of Tomorrow. Bob has a new novelette, "Grizzled Veterans of Many and Much" in the May/June 2013 issue of F&SF, going on sale in late April
  • March 2013 — Bob has a brand-new novelette — "Bonds" — in the new anthology Solaris Rising 2, released March 26th.
  • March 2013 — Bob's Great Ship novella "Precious Mental", is the cover story in the June 2013 issue of Asimov's
  • Febrary 2013 — Bob's Great Ship novella "Katabasis", from the Nov/Dec 2012 issue of F&SF, is now officially a Nebula Award Nominee! Also in February, Bob had four stories and his new novella collection appear on Locus magazine's Recommended Reading List for 2012.
  • May 2012 — Bob's first new book in six years is now out -- Eater-of-Bone, released by PS Publishing. It is a collection of four novellas, including the all-new title story, set in Bob's "Great Ship" mythology. It is available in a limited printing.
